Carex flagellifera 'Toffee Twist'

Description: True to its name, this warm coppery grass 'weeps' toward the ground, growing mounded from a clump form. Dark copper-coloured flowers are borne from May to September.

Planting/Use: An attractive and interesting container plant. The rich brown foliage provides a wonderful contrast to silver, blue and dark green foliage in planters or the landscape.

General Care: Cool season. Best in rich, moist soil, but tolerates a wide range of soils.

Exposure: Full sun to partial shade.

Height/Spread: Slow growing but eventually can reach 45cm x 60cm (18in x 24in).
