Description: The downwards-arching,
silver-veined blades form a clump of
immense proportion, above which wave the
reddish flowers that dry to tan, and then
silver.
Planting/Use: An ideal accent plant,
drawing attention as a centrepiece and
lending height to a scene. A good screening
material.
General Care: Warm season. Plant another
grass or perennials in front to hide
browning lower foliage. Loam soil.
Exposure: Full sun.
