Description: Glossy green lush foliage withburgundy highlights. Plants have an upright arching habit. Early red foxtail flowers are held high above the foliage, becoming buff with maturity.

Planting/Use: Attractive in the garden eitheras a specimen or en masse. It is one of the earlier flowering Pennisetums and remains attractive over a long period.

General Care: Well drained moist soil. Cut backin early spring.

Exposure: Full sun.
