Pepindale Nursery is a wholesale operation specializing in a wide variety of ornamental grasses. Established in 1997, we have refined our growing techniques and our selections to provide our customers with top quality plants that perform well in the landscape. Having trialed over 200 varieties, we have now streamlined our production to approximately 100 proven performers. All are retail ready with informative labels, and about 75% have our own beautiful and distinctive Pepindale Collection colour picture labels. A compact disc is available with photos and cultural information for all the varieties grown.
The operation includes 24,000 square feet of greenhouse area as well as an outdoor production area. A large display bed gracing the entry demonstrates grasses and perennials combined, while a specimen bed shows the form and size of our most popular varieties.

Availability:Our product is available throughout the year. We have a weekly availability for finished product that is emailed or faxed by request. Price lists for finished product, bare root product, and plugs are also available by request through email or fax. Finished Product:We have product available in 9cm, 15cm, 1 gallon, and 2 gallon. Plugs:We offer 15 varieties in 50 or 32 cells. See our price list for details. Bare Root:We offer 40 varieties in generous 1 gallon or larger clumps. Our bare root is produced for us by BNC Ornamentals in a pure sand field in Yarrow, B.C. Shipping:The following is a list of shipping options available to get our product to you: Andersen’s Nursery - Vancouver Island Kato’s Nursery - throughout Canada and the United States Pepindale delivers within the Lower Mainland, free of charge, once a minimum order has been reached. If you prefer to arrange for a courier, we will box product and assemble for pickup. Orders picked up at the nursery receive a 5% discount. Our pricing always includes our premium labels. A 5% discount is available if labels are not required.
